New dance classes added to the schedule!

The Threehouse Studios mission is to develop a safe and nurturing environment in which people can develop connection and community through movement classes. The students of Threehouse are offered the opportunity to explore their personal practices, movement interests and self-transformation in a comfortable and non-judgmental space. The studio encourages all people to live a more empowered, creative and mindful life.

Whether you prefer to just drop-in for class or use your package, all our regularly scheduled classes are available to you. Join us for any of our multi-level yoga or dance classes, whether you are a new or seasoned mover. We are so excited for our new and revamped dance classes schedule! Tuesdays 1:15 Floor Barre & Pilates Fusion, 7:45 Beginner Modern Dance

  • Floor Barre:

    • Open level ballet technique seated on the floor, Pilates mat fusion

    • A great class to recommend for new movers

  • Beginner Modern Dance:

    • Beginner level modern class, a gentle approach to modern dance, explore modern dance styles, covers basic modern dance techniques

    • A great class to recommend for new movers

Wednesdays 1:15 Floor3, also known as floor work

  • Class builds strength and efficiency for contemporary floor work

  • Explores how to use contact with ground and force of gravity

  • Open level, a great class to recommend for new movers

Thursdays 1:15 Contemporary Forms, 7:45 Open Dance Jam

  • Contemporary Forms

    • Begins with contemporary technique and explores contemporary choreography

    • Intermediate/advanced level

  • Open Dance Jam

    • Explores connectivity and community with movement

    • Class will be free form and allows dancers to move and interact with creative freedom in a safe space

    • Live musician each month

    • Highly recommend to new movers and people looking to explore movement

Fridays 1:15 Contemporary Forms

  • Begins with contemporary technique and explores contemporary choreography

  • Intermediate/advanced level

Saturdays 3:30 Beginner Tap Dance, 5:00 Fusion Belly Dance

  • Tap:

    • A beginner/foundations tap class covering simple tap techniques

    • A great class to recommend for first time tappers

  • Fusion Belly:

    • Belly dance with a twist! This class combines traditional belly dance with modern hip hop and flamenco influences

Sunday 12:15 Contemporary Forms

  • Begins with contemporary technique and explores contemporary choreography
