Bre has always been a fireball of energy. Fitness and movement have given her an outlet to share her passions and experiences and to build connections with others. In 2018, she completed her Ph.D. in Neurobiology and currently is working towards combining her passion for neuroscience and her experiences with dance, sports, and fitness to better understand how movements affect cognition. Her presence is vivacious and lively, yet she is patient and focused in her training of students.
She earned her Group Fitness Instructor certification from AFAA in 2015, and began teaching HIIT and Kickboxing. It was through teaching that she began to find her true calling – empowering and motivating others to become their happiest and healthiest selves through fitness. She is now trained to teach TRX, Pilates, and muscle endurance classes and finished her Schwinn Cycling Instructor Certification as well as her Personal Trainer Certification in 2017. Personal training added the balance she needed of high-energy social classes and more relaxed, personable individual time. Her training experiences encompass rehabilitative post-surgery work to high intensity strength and conditioning, weight loss to core stabilization.
